See if you can get the death certificate of George Birchill American death certificates have the names of the parents listed, if you cannot get the first marriage to Phoebe Bird 1846 Staffordshire. 

Back to England CORRECTED spouse name.
Charles who married Elizabeth ? and had Charlotte, Maria, George, Charles and Maurice before Elizabeth died  between 1835 and 1839 when Charles widower married Ann Parker widow 15 July 1839
at Stapleton, his father John Birchell, her father Thomas Norman.

Icing on the cake. Your research is correct.
Charles son of George and Phoebe born 1847 Staffordshire, his death is recorded 10 December 1907,
Girardville, Schuylkill PA  born Staffordshire England, his parents are George Burchill and Phoebe Bird.

The ancestry tree has made the assumption that George was the brother of Morris/Maurice etc. instead of using the records that prove otherwise.
