Hello Members,

All this talk about Dorothy, She was my Grandmother and my Father (Dorothy's Son) would love any information if any of you are still active on this site. It seems she is the missing link to our Ancestry because she was adopted and we have almost no information. She married Ernie the Son of one of the Chipperfield daughter's Minnie.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John,

Firstly, apologies for jumping on your post without any information about your grandmother.
I could be barking up the wrong tree completely but believe we are possibly related. My great great grandmother would have been Minnie Chipperfield. She married a cater and I believe was disowned from the chipperfield family.
My grandfather was Richard cater who would have been Minnie’s grandson, making Minnie a great grandparent to my father. I believe you would be related to Minnie in the exact same way? I’d love to chat further and put any information we both have, together.
