A ten-roomed house makes much more sense than a single story building, as the current 102 South Circular Road is. Thanks dathai also for the additional information on the MacEoins. That's where I would have gone next so you saved me some searches. I'm a little surprised to learn that Nurse MacEoin, as my mother always referred to her, apparently had no medical qualifications. I had assumed she was a midwife. I know a local doctor was associated with the home and I now suppose Mrs MacEoin must have had a midwife on the staff. In any event, my mother was happy to have four of her children delivered there and we are all still around! Thanks again to everybody for your efforts on my behalf
