I think you have this first resource, but just in case you don't. And you will have to sort out which ones are the right people.

Register of St Philip's ... 1720-1758

https://books.google.com/books?id=hvAxAQAAMAAJ&pg=PA86&lpg=PA86&dq=1743+St+Phillips+Carolina&ots=z5xfDjRBzu&sig=ACfU3U3O2dMXvBBXanTiGaHD5mPhV_oBFA&hl=en#v=onepage&q&f=false

or here

https://archive.org/stream/registerofstphil00stph/registerofstphil00stph_djvu.txt

even better, as a searchable .pdf
http://www.houseofancestry.org/app/download/767411940/registerofstphil01stph.pdf

index starts on their page 277

1733 Jul 27 a William Anderson died [might be yours. but were they there that early?]

1733 Nov 6 a William Anderson married [can't be yours]

1745 Mar 28 Then was married Hugh Anderson & Anne Robinson [could be yours, he would be 18? a bit early to marry]

1746 and 1749 2 Elizabeth Andersons buried [either could be yours]

1748 Nov 22 Then was buried Hugh Anderson [you have this]

no Caroline Anderson besides the birth, but the register ends in 1758

lots more Andersons in the index. only one Falconer, John.
--------
also this, SC Genealogy Mag. 1917&1918?
some Falconers in this as well

https://archive.org/stream/southcarolinahis19171918sout/southcarolinahis19171918sout_djvu.txt

There might be more information out there. Googling works. Sometimes you find a site dedicated to one location or county. I might take another look later today.

Here is a little more.
Are you sure that is your Hugh who died in 1748? Familysearch has a birth of Jane Anderson to Hugh and wife Ann on 18 Apr 1746 in St Philip.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V2NY-QY5

And if yours, which one, father or son?

---------
page 129 of this book mentions a Hugh Anderson. The event was in 1740.

An Historical Account of the Protestant Episcopal Church in South-Carolina, by Frederick Dalcho

https://books.google.com/books?id=SG0QAAAAIAAJ&q=anderson#v=snippet&q=anderson&f=false

---------
location of some resources mentioned here:

https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/St._Philips_Parish,_South_Carolina

----
I found a mention of the Charleston Probate Court, Record of Wills, 1737-69, on page 165 of this book:

Women and Freedom in Early America
edited by Larry Eldridge, 1997

https://books.google.com/books?id=mysTCgAAQBAJ&pg=PA165&lpg=PA165&dq=probate+st+philip%27s+parish+charleston&ots=-TYWKGKflG&sig=ACfU3U1YkIJBCJyl9LyYKqvjX1U7wT39qw&hl=en#v=onepage&q=probate%20st%20philip's%20parish%20charleston&f=false

So the probate records have survived.

----
Further googling found:

"Copies of wills from 1671-1871, as well as estate inventories and miscellaneous records from 1687-1785, are housed in the South Carolina Room of the Charleston County Main Library. The original documents are stored at the S.C. Department of Archives and History."

from https://www.charlestoncounty.org/departments/probate/index.php

link to library
https://www.ccpl.org/

------
You might need to find a researcher in the area to to in and look at the probate records, starting with Hugh Anderson (d 1748).
