Crawford

Hi Guys, I am trying to find out information about the parents of Eliza Ann Crawford b abt 1835. Married James Stephenson 1860 Belfast. Eliza's father stated as John Crawford a Labourer. Eliza living at Carrick Hill Belfast.
Any other information on the Crawford family would be great. Thanks, guys.

Hello,

It seems they had six children altogether. Elizabeth died on the 30th April 1900 at 60 Hatfield Street, Belfast and was buried in Belfast Cemetery.

Her children were: George, Francis, Sarah, Sarah, Robert and Frances. It was common for parents to name the next child after one which was stillborn or died in infancy - hence the two girls named Sarah.

That's an excellent find. I have this information but I have Frances twice instead of Frances and Francis.
