Somewhere in Italy

Hello I am trying to find where Estella M T Resteghini was born date of birth 25 04 1931 she died in England. Also had a sister Adriana born about 1929. Thank you for any help.

Rather than just repeating your question can you tell us anything else about them? Do you know when they came to England? Did they travel with parents or other family members? Do you know anything at all about their parents?

Pincard, you only need to ask once and then wait until someone reads it who has knowledge of how to serach Italian Birth records. I would guess that you may have to wait a little while for that someone to come along though.

In the mean time maybe change the title of the original post to something to do with a 1931 birth in Italy and you may attract more interest.

This surname distribution map for Italy shows Resteghini as a mostly northern name concentrated around Milan.

-from Shepton Mallet Journal Friday 20 September 1935, preview on British Newspaper Archives, not sure what the spelling of the father's name would be
