Perhaps we have ourselves to blame for the delays  :-\  With the drop in price many more of us decided to "go ahead".  I know that I have ordered more than I would have had the price remained at £10.00.  :)

I wouldn’t have ordered any of my 5 for £10 but £1.50 was worth it. Ordered on 8th, one received on 14th, rest say estimated for 23rd.

I ordered three wills on the 27th July, with an estimated delivery of 11th August. Today I received an  apology for the delay due to the high demand that they were experiencing.

Can't understand why I'm still waiting ???

Just a thought - perhaps if we stopped pestering them, then perhaps they would have the time to get on with deliveries!   ;D ;D

Let's face it, we all ordered more at a cost of £1.50 than we would have at £10.00 each  ;)

Because they will deal with the requests in the order received? and given that they probably (unexpectedly, from their point of view) received gozillions at the same time, those of us who haven't yet received our 'bargain basement' order just have to be patient a while longer :-)

I saw an article in a newspaper today about how we all are becoming impatient nowadays as we are used to ordering things on the internet and getting them quickly.  Just think how long we would have waited years ago when we only had snail mail.

Ordered 2 on 31 August (NZ time ) due 15 September. Will wait patiently for them to arrive.
I am guessing due date is computer generated, so will not know how busy they really are.

Well said.

Their other options would be to close applications for a couple of weeks until they catch up with current requests, or not allow people to order more than say 4 wills at a time. Both of those ideas would cause complaints as well.
