Yes, I wondered about that death
"On the 30th ult., at the Retreat, Epsom, Giles Prickett, eldest son of the Rev Giles Prickett, late rector of Ravenstone, Leicestershire, aged 38."

Modified to add:
This Giles also fits with Frances M  PRICKETT  (possibly DANGERFIELD?) (sister in law to Ann PRICKETT and aunt to Annie LEWIS) who possibly married Thomas PRICKETT, son of Giles PRICKETT bap 8 April 1833 (of Giles and Elizabeth) at Breedon on the Hill, Leicershire.

She heads a large boarding house - Ravenstone House (perhaps named after her husband’s birthplace?).  No daughter or other relatives with her.

Her birthplace looks like Beston, Norfolk - perhaps meant to be Beeston?
