It is a baptism record not a birth record so the children can be of varying ages.

Yes, it is a baptism record on the 19th February, and where it says 'ne' (i.e. 'born') it puts 'aujourd'hui' (i.e, 'today').  The previous record in the book, baptised 19th, has 'hier' (i.e. yesterday) for birth date, and the next one has baptised 19th born 17th.
