Seeking more information on my many times great grandfather Thomas Tipper. According to 1851 census he was born Derbyshire, Derby about 1804. He married Elizabeth Bramley in Nottingham. I have found a web site that lists marriages in St Peter's church and found a Joseph Tipper married Mary Hussey on 24/12/1792. Not sure if these are parents of Thomas. Can anyone help?
