Exactly what type of info are you looking for?  Death reg shows he was born 16.6.1905

Birth/marriage/death reg all show him just as Cyril Ernest - where does Victor come from?  Are you getting mixed up with son Victor Ernest b 1927 died 1997?

Have you looked for them on the 1939 register?

Only one child born to them - see above

You will already know his parentage if he was your uncle but you need to clarify what you are looking for

Please remember that Rootschat has a no living persons policy so do not ask for info about descendants who may still be alive

thanks for your response ,I do know his DofB, where he was born , his siblings all but one, and his parents etc ,when the family arrived in south wales (trealaw) where they lived ,his fathers occupation in trealaw, and his former trade in bedfont Middlesex his father and elder brothers regiments in the first world war , when two of his brothers and one sister returned to the London area in the 1920/30's I do have photographs of him, finding him in the bridgend area surprised me did not know until about a week ago, tried to find his last resting place as mentioned I am unable to find !  I am aware of the rules of the rootschat protocol and am not flaunting it as you insinuate all I asked is last resting place may be as I am failing at present to find any of the perkins last resting places in south wales. thank you for your response once again most helpful.

there is definitely a victor in his name and I now think that the ogmore vale perkins is a totally different person/ family only been looking at the perkins family for 6 weeks or so , the reason no graves in south wales is that as told they all except my grand mother moved back to London area , traced them all except, Cyril ernest victor perkins …..!!! back to the drawing board, unless some one can put some flesh on the bone!

No suggestion of "flaunting the rules"  in my reply.  Because your post needed clarification there was the possibility you were looking for living descendants hence my warning

You now say you already know his DoB and birthplace etc in which case the 1905 birth cannot be him.   However you say you "know he married Ethel Ham & died in Ogmore 1978"  which does not tie in with the birth below

Births June qtr 1904   Cyril Ernest V Perkins    Staines  3a  23

Possible death in 1988 in Hounslow but reg just shows Cyril Ernest b 1904

If it is the 1904 birth - You need to ask the moderator to move your post to the London & Middlesex board
