Just checking you have the right Henry Smith. The one you say was convicted of Breaking and entering and stealing. Sentence : 10 years. Departure date:    21st November, 1839. Arrival date:    27th April, 1840. NSW.
There is a Henry Smith, Mangles (6), Recommended Conditional Pardon 1846

There is also another Henry Smith 1833 Mangles. who got Ticket of Leave in 1843, Conditional Pardon 1848.

? As the STEARNE family where from Norwich, Norfolk

?  Rosetta would seem to be a family name

There is a marriage of a John SMITH 11 June 1810, Norwich, Norfolk to a Rosetta MORELEY

I think as there are so many Henry SMITH s we need to wait till Noelene can confirm which is the correct family in Australia, presumably working back from a known ancestor. :)

As has been demonstrated many times on rootschat, trees on Ancestry are not necessarily correct. ;D

How did you arrive at Upper Slaughter for his birth place. According to one record...

Single; butcher; 5’7 1/4”; aged 26yrs; Protestant; can read & write; fresh complexion; brown hair; grey eyes.
Native place of birth - Warwickshire, Birmingham.

If he was convicted in Montgomery Quarter Sessions he may also have been born there.

Henry Ellis Smith.
Baptism  15 Jan 1818
Welshpool, Montgomeryshire.
