I'm thinking that John Hughes might have been a Mason( Long s) in the second snip, rather than <place> major, which I originally thought.

Tithe Map shows Tyddyn Traian, Llandyfrydog. (situated to the west of Llandyfrydog Chuurch).
Richards in Anglesey. Liverpool, Cardiganshire.
Richards in Patagonia and Canada. Owens and Williams in Holyhead. Laird family, Birkenhead. Richards-Bridges family, Epsom.

found it guys,,,,tryan...it is noted in the 1801 anglesey census

Trayan or Treuan is now a holiday cott. Formerly it was a farmhouse. It is approx. 200yds west of Llandyfrydog church and is within the curtulage of Bryneglwys farm.
