Thanks for your reply Trish. Unfortunately this is not her. Charlotte was married in 1840 to a William Stevens. On the 1871 census her place of birth was recorded as Colchester, Essex.

Why  Mike?
Trisha has found her with her family as Charlotte Stevens in 1851 and she is missing from the 1841 census?

I am sure it is her as children Baptised together on same day.

Children dont have be Bapt where they were born. This Family moved around.

In 1851 William was born 1825 Cople St Mary, Suffolk.

1841 Census all are not born in County except Charles 1836/7
Susanna is there also.
