I have checked Happy and Mark Bilham on census from 1861 -1911

Mark Happy and daughter Selina appear to have lived all their married life in HINGHAM NORFOLK
So if I were you I would try to locate where Hingham registers are, I will see what I can do

Mark died 1907 and Happy 1915 registered Forehoe

Louisa Maud

PS, I think Hingham church is St Andrews
A child named Happy Sarah Bilham born Dec qtr. and  died same qtr. is buried in St Andrews church
