William John Butterell Ross

Hi, I'm trying to track down the death of Wiliam John Buttered Ross who was born to Arthur Georgeson Ross and Irene Mary O'Sullivan at Bright, Victoria in 1920.He later married Joan Margaret Donovan in Melbourne, Victoria in 1942 They had three children.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Electoral rolls place him in Williamstown in 1954 as a coxswain with wife Margaret Joan but can't see his after that. He was in the navy reserve and served briefly in the Korean War.

Do you know when and where Margaret died?

The record holds many addresses including some in NSW which I think seems to be the original home place of his wife. Hard to read.

Have you looked for a death in NSW?

He uses the first name Jack when he signs.

As you know the names of his children (apparently), if there was a son a good old google search, using Australia only search tool option, may bring up something on him.

 ABN listings etc are helpful.

Mollipops--Joan Margaret Ross(Donovan) died in Sunnybank, Queensland in 2013.

I have checked both Qld and NSW deaths as well as Vic., WA and SA and Tas.

Reading the Funeral Notice may help.
There may also have been a death notice.

If there is not a rootschat member who can assist through a State Library of Queensland membership card, you could try asking for assistance from Library Staff to locate and inform you about the notice
