Yes, it is listed, I am almost sure if it had been a church marriage it would have been at St Margaret's Kings Lynn, it isn't listed so I now assume it must have been a register office marriage, in my opinion at the moment his wife was originally his housekeeper, living in a small place I reckon it was more convenient to marry in a register office and they kept it quiet, just my opinion, time will tell
