i am interested in finding any information about a battalion of 74th iimperial yeomanry raised in Dublin and in particular an engage ment at Griquetown in s.a.   my wife's grandfather Tpr.VinentConroy was wounded during this action

He was in 74th (Dublin) Company 8th Battalion which was transferred in 1902 from 16th Battalion (source Anglo-Boer War web site).
