I went to bed after my last reply, Gadget. But mine was working normally when I responded to you.

Ancestry is very glitchy at the moment, sometimes something works, next it doesn't. Until this thread started, I thought there was a serious problem my end, now I realise that they have a serious problem at their end.

It isn't just with DNA pages with me, either. It is about practically everything I do on the site.

They must be aware of it, but just in case they aren't, I'm going to make full use of 'Was this useful? Provide feedback.' every time I have a problem. I suggest we all do the same.

Is this with "Normal" Ancestry?
Or with the DNA side?

I'm not having problems, but then I wouldn't touch DNA stuff with a barge-pole! ;D ;D

It appears that there have been further enhancements implemented last night. I can now sc=access the other DNA tests that I manage. On the match's profile page there is a DNA summary option under which there is a drop-down box with the other two tests (in my case).

Now they need to provide me with a route back to where I was before.

It's all rather 'clunky' but there is a possibility that it will end up better than it was.

BUT...

... please, please, please don't make me have to scroll down to find the 999th match on which I was working and from which I then had to navigate away. With my coal-fired broadband connection, I run the risk of losing then will to live.
Thomas, Davies, Jones, Walters, Daniel in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. That should narrow it down a bit!

I share the pain. I like it on MH that when you click on a triangulated match it opens a new window so you don't lose the initial page of matches - although it doesn't do this if you click on a match that isn't triangulated. It's simple things like this that make for a better 'user experience' [ ::) ] but I don't suppose it's top of mind for the big companies when they have people queuing up for DNA tests.
