Please can anyone give me any information about a Victorian photographer named Jos. A Hall, in Jarrow, 138 Albert Rd.

There are a number of advertisments in the newspapers of the day that relate:

"For Sale, Invalid Bath Chair, first class, cheap. Can be seen at the Studio, 138 Albert Road, Jarrow"
Shields Daily Gazette. (July 4, 1900)

"The following photographers have agreed to close their places of business every Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock ... Jos A Hall ..."
Sunderland Daily Echo and Shipping Gazette. (May 28, 1902)

"Errand boy wanted, apply Jos. A Hall, photographer, 31 Vine Place."
Sunderland Daily Echo and Shipping Gazette. (Oct. 6, 1903)

"Smart boy wanted as apprentice, apply Jos. A. Hall, photographic dealer, 28 Bridge Street."
Sunderland Daily Echo and Shipping Gazette. (Mar. 17, 1904)

I'm not sure, but this could be him on the 1901 census at Cleveland Rd, Sunderland

Thanks for replying maddys.  I wanted to know whenJos. A Hall was trading to help date the photo.  It looks to have been taken outside as a brick wall was covered with a drape and the ground looks rough to me.
