Hi trying to find out who Robert Scott born 1900, died 1966, we've got two sets of parents, he married Agnes Moffat, they lived in Newbattle/Gorebridge area.

Do you realise you posted in the wrong place ? Perhaps a moderator can move it to Newbattle Midlothian Scotland for you.

The birth certificate should confirm the parents - available on Scotlands People.
Anc tree ahows Walter Scott and Janet Wilson as the parents but no sources or details for them.
