Hello! My dad just came across the above comment from 'PuritonJohn' whilst researching some family history, we had been talking earlier today about how my great great grandfather was the licensee of the same pub... so I'm guessing we might be related! My dad will add some more info as he's researched this quite a lot. Thanks, Catherine

Yes I'm still about, we have moved and are now in Lincolshire but still researching occasionally. Lots to do with the new house so not as active at the moment. Still please to receive any contacts or information etc.  Regards John

He was Joe Crossley and he was married to Elizabeth Spear
