I don’t know what it stands for, but this at National Archives suggests rather more high powered ....

I can’t see who June could be. To be in the 1946 electoral roll she has to have been at least 21 then.
So b about 1925.
Daughter of Alfred by first wife?  Can’t see birth yet.
Can’t see a marriage of a June anyone to anyone Lewis that seems possible.
