I am not sure if this is the correct place to put this. I have a friend who's grandfather, mahadeo parshuram bhat who was born in 1889 and died in the year 1945. He was in public works department in ahmedabad gujrath state india. He has a photo of his grandfather taken with his British officers. Alas no names for them. He also has one appintment letter of his grand father in the year 1915. He would like to find out more about his grandfather if possible. He has promised to scan them and get them to me to put on here in the hopes that someone can help.
