Searching for info on Robert Neill

Hello everyone nice to be here. I have been researching my family history and I'm stuck on Robert Neill my GG grandfather, he married Mary McAvoy in Cookstown RC Church 1863 they had two children Ann born 1864 and my G grandfather James born 1866 both in the parish of  Desertcreat Tyrone. I have found Neill's in Drumard Cookstown and there are a few Roberts but can't prove any of them is my Robert also in Griffiths valuations there is a Robert Neill in Drumard plot 13, a Mary McEvoy in plot 28 and a Bel McEvoy in plot 16. Could this be them ?? no proof. I can't find the death certificate for Robert or Mary or their daughter Ann but I do have James my great grandfathers
