Clean up please of the Cowley Family

Hello,

Hope someone is able to help. I have a copy of a poor photo of an old family slide from the late 60s. If anyone is able to work some magic and bring it to life it would be much appreciated. It is the earliest colour photo of my grandparents but not the best quality.
