Joger, I have been unwell, but coming back to see all of this is incredible...documents back to 1660! My goodness. I can't believe a little while ago I had no idea about any of the history of my ancestors in France. This is amazing what you have done!  :o 8)

Hope that you feel better now and that was not too serious.
I ´ll go as far back as the registers can lead us to. The most difficult was to find george gustave !

Marriage lemelse ferdouet, 5 feb 1732 in Fallandres (nowadays 2019 Mahéru; Orne) Jacques LEMELE son of Alexandre  memele and jacqueline Duchesne, of this parish , and madeleine FARDOUET daughter of Rhené Fardouet and Anne BOULAYE from the parish of St Agnan.
Parents and friends :
Alexandre le meme and jacqueline duchesne (father nd mother of the groom), Alexandre lemele , brother of the groom,René Fardouet and Anne Boulaye , father and mother of the bride ,Alexandre duchesne , uncle of the groom, jacques lemele  another  uncle, Jacques Fardouet uncle of the bride,Michel and françois Boukaye , also uncles, Alexandre Maigne of this parish, René baset, Pierre Bureau from the parish of St Agnan, witnesses who signed with us /
