Lookup Request - Thomas Tysoe born abt 1812 Piddington

Hi, Does anyone have any info for Thomas Tysoe born about 1812 in Piddington who married Jane Howes in 1831 in Piddington. I am wondering if he is somehow related to Abraham Tysoe born abt 1815 in Piddington.  As always I would be very grateful for any assistance. Thanks Richard

There is also an Abraham Tyso baptised in Hackleton 1815 son of Samuel, a Shoemaker, and Ann. They also had George baptised 1817 and Ann 1820 but no sign anywhere of a Thomas.

Piddington Registers are on A…..y but sadly finish in 1812, one of the last entries is the burial of Abraham Tysoe on Dec 7 1812. I went through the baptisms 1805-1812 but no Thomas or Jane.

The last entry is from the Curate stating that at the beginning of 1813 a new form of register book will be introduced by act of parliament.

Later records are on Freereg I search fro Thomas & Jane in the County 1813-1816 but no luck.

So room for a Thomas to be born to them c 1812

On the Marriage of Thomas 1831 they witnesses were Jonathan/Elizabeth Howes

Elizabeth Howes was a witness to the Marriage of Ann TYAS 1833

Ann TYAS (Mother)? was a witness to the marriage of George Tyas 1840

Also ABRAHAM 1809 may have been buried 07 Dec 1812, no extra details, but would explain another Abraham baot 1815

Just had a thought, and tried Hackleton Baptist church on Ancestry (which had the first two indexed as Tyro):

Abraham son of Samuel Tyso, Shoemaker and Ann his wife, who was the daughter of George & Alice White was born at Piddington 1 Feb 1815
George son of Samuel Tyso, Shoemaker and Ann his wife, who was the daughter of George & Alice White was born at Hackleton 19 Dec 1817
Ann dau of Samuel Tyso, Shoemaker and Ann his wife, who was the daughter of George & Alice White was born at Hackleton 5 Sep 1820

The births only started properly in 1814, so would have missed Thomas

Hi, This does look very possible. It could make him a closer relative than I originally thought as it would make him the Brother of my 3x GGFather Abraham Tysoe. Thank you for your help. I can not seem to find any trace of Samuel Tysoe or Ann Tysoe in the burial indexes or NFHS burial inscriptions for Piddington & Hackleton.  I remember I looked through the births and marriages for Piddington on my trips to the record office but I did not look through the burials. Is there anywhere else I could try looking?
