Perhaps you could type up what you can read and leave blanks for what you cannot?

It starts

Inver  Mossatt 11th Nov 1847.     Later.... Corrected the autocorrect of Inver to Inverness!

Gentlemen, I am in receipt of yours of 9th Inst.
in regard of Thomsons Executry - I in reply beg
leave to say that after a good deal of enquiry &
altercations on the subject Mrs Thomsons friends
has  come to the resolution to have an advertisement
issued in the proper form Calling upon all those who

has any claim on the late Wm Thomson farmer  C___
Lochel Cushnie to lodge the same property vouched with
you or with Mr John Taggart Miller Mill of Brux who
has agreed to receive any that comes to him & remit
them to you. Also all who may be due Acts to be called
upon to pay to the same- this step is thought very
necessary.

supporting his brother Alexr Thomson who bought a
property at Inverary & started March 1st there. There is great doubts
that several sums of Borrowed Money which was reconed
W^ms Debt is rather Alexanders & Wm only Security
Mrs Thomson has a friend, one of those who signs her bond of
Security who is to supply her with what cash she may
require that matters may be wound up. So I am requested to
write you to prepare and get such Advertisement as you see
proper inserted without delay !! We hope to see it in first Jour-
nal (!!)?You are wished to take every necessary step in the matter
you see necessary.      Remains with greatest respect

Certainly looks like 'first Journal' Mckha.

I'd agree with 'reconed', not 'reasoned'.

I suspect the name beginning with 'C' is the farm of 'the late William Thomson, farmer'
Google tells me 'Lochel Cushnie' is Leochel Cushnie a parish in Aberdeenshire.
The word looks like 'Curbanchorg' / 'Curbanchory' / 'Curbarnchorg', etc which the writer has tried to squeeze in at the end of the line, but can't find anything to match. It may just have been the name of a small farm.

It's Corbanchory.
In the Aberdeenshire OS books on Scotlandsplaces.
