NICHOLLS lookup in Smethwick/Harborne MI's

Would any kind listers be able to check for MI's please at Smethwick and/or Harborne?
I have lost an Isaac NICHOLLS and wife Mary who had issue
Charlotte 1814-1819
Sarah 1816-?
Samuel 1814-1873

I've not traced what happened to Isaac & Mary, or their daughter Sarah.
Charlotte was buried at Smethwick.
There was another NICHOLLS family there at the same time - a Joseph & Ann, not sure if they are related or not?
If anyone can help that would be great,

Hi
Looks like Isaac Nickholls married Mary Walley at Edgbaston  27.4.1812.
wit Mary Winfield ,Thomas Jones and Mrs Frances Allen.
Both of this parish and Isaac signed.
