On the contrary, you can look for Tuttys in the online indexes to the statutory registers of births right up to 2018 (ScotlandsPeople)

Thanks for the correction, jonw65, have amended my original post- meant to say the actual birth wouldn't be online

Hi, I am William (known as Bill) Tutty’s niece, Judith O’Dwyer (known as Sheila) was his wife. They lived in Hailsham East Sussex, sadly both have passed away now. Have wonderful memories of them both.
