I'm one of those poor devils who never manages to get advantage of special offers, etc - spend my sad life paying full price for everything. Grr!

Has anyone managed to get the Worldwide subscription for £89.99 recently?  I have before and I am having trouble this time. Mine is up in 1st January and I have just cancelled my existing one as I do every year. All that is coming up is £99 for 6 months.

The link appears to have stopped working - reported on a lot of genealogy forums, not just here. However if you phone them and ask about offers, people are saying they have been given a 50% discount. The link wouldn’t have given you the discount yet anyway, as it only worked once your subscription had expired. It might be better to wait until nearer that time to call them.

Hi all,

I have tried the link with every bit of advice on here, with a lapsed subscription & different devices/browsers. Nothing has worked so far & I suspect it lapsed when everyone moved to the new, all singing, all dancing system. I am now considering what to do, as it's not cheap :-[

These are the threads with the latest information regarding ancestry subscriptions.

One of the better ways to try and get the discount is by using the ancestry "Chat" facility.
RootsChatters have been lucky enough to get £89-99 (12 months worldwide)  £59-99 (UK Premier Membership)
