It seems to be sporadic - some people on the FB group where I'm an Admin get it straight away and others can't get it at all.

I've just renewed my Worldwide subs within minutes of showing as a guest. It wouldn't work on my laptop, but went through straight away when I tried on the iPhone using a browser and not the App.

I've just renewed my Premium Membership using this link.  This is the fourth year in succession that I've used it.  As usual, this worked on my laptop.

Many thanks for keeping us all updated.

I seem to fall into the "can't get it at all group" - having said that I have just tried the phone browser tip and got a slightly improved offer than previously (£99.99 for 6 months instead of £104.99)

Try -  right-clicking the link, save it to your desktop as an html file and opened it in your browser.
This method worked for someone the other day.

Will decide which account to renew if it looks like half price offer will disappear before then.will use it on account linked to my own DNA ...instead of the one linked to my mums

We have been using the same link since 2015/16 I think, so unlikely to disappear.
Just to note. The offer is only available on the link provided and is not available if you phone.

I have used this link for the last four or more years no problem at all.
However my Annual World Wide subscription became due  31 May, I cancelled a few days before.
Have been watching this thread and the problems some people have been having trying to access this great offer.
I now find myself in the same situation. Will keep trying hate to admit defeat.

Finally got it to work on an ipad rather than computer.
For some reason no matter how I configured the computer, stripped out cookies/cache etc it wouldn't work. Someone suggested using an iphone browser that only got me a slightly improved offer but the same technique worked first time on the ipad. Perseverance should be the mantra.
