I usually use the Swedish site in Ancestry and there's no special offer there. Wondering if I subscribe to the English site if it will be valid on the Swedish site. Any suggestions/comments

Please disregard the above. Just found the offer very well hidden on Ancestry.se. Maybe they don't want us to find it   ;D

Usually if one ancestry site doesn't work, I sign in to another and most often that works.
So a subscription with one should work with another.  :)

Hi glywri
Are you referring to the 40% discount on World Deluxe sub on Ancestry.se:
http://www.rootschat.com/links/01q62/

An excellent offer.

My Ancestry subscription has been renewed on 2nd Jan.

I received no email to say my sub was about to expire and ancestry seem to have the details of my new debit card which I didn't give them.  What on earth is going on?

Did they charge full price or an offer price ?

Silly question I bet.

If you didn't give them updated card details, I'd be asking my bank why they paid it and requesting a refund.
Even if it was the same card number, surely the expiry date would have been different on the new one and therefore the payment should have been declined?
