I know this has already been said but to concrete it further;

on a computer/laptop, right click the link, save link as... Then save it to your desktop for example and open the link. This worked for me 2 days ago after having the exact same issue and couldn't get it to work any other way

I have used this link for the last four or more years no problem at all.
However my Annual World Wide subscription became due  31 May, I cancelled a few days before.
Have been watching this thread and the problems some people have been having trying to access this great offer.
I now find myself in the same situation. Will keep trying hate to admit defeat.

Sarra (in OZ)

Have you got two tabs open, logged into ancestry as a guest and clicking the offer link ?
Hope you eventually get the offer.

As none of these have ever worked for me, I keep trying to get "unnotify" - but back the replies pop!

That's a shame, if the link doesn't pop up right away, "chatters" usually persevere and have a good result in the end.
You need to have cancelled your previous subscription and not auto renewed, so that your subscription has lapsed.  Log into your normal ancestry account as a guest, on another tab, click the offer link shown.
Still in difficulty - try - Try -  right-clicking the link, save it to your desktop as an html file and open it in your browser. This method worked for someone the other day.

Hope you are successful eventually.

Sarah/Trystan would be able to help you "unnotify" from this thread shuld you wish.

People have found it works on some browsers and not others e.g the other day it didn't work on Chrome but worked on Edge. I couldn't get it on the laptop but it worked immediately on my phone through a browser.

Just renewed yet again at £89.99/year for Worldwide using the link  :D :D

When I clicked on the link it only showed me the 1 month and 6 month options, but using the other method "right-clicking the link, save it to your desktop as an html file and open it in your browser" it worked.  I am using Edge on my laptop.

I just use the "save to Desktop" method and it worked for me :-) My subscription ran out in April.

Thanks for the info.

Lovely to see you all getting this bargain.   Renewed myself on this link a few days ago, worked fine with no problems.

Good luck to everyone who renews.
