1st word of 2nd line looks like Second
Could be a note by the Registrar for his data collection i.e. possibly;
Twenty First Girl (maybe born that month)
Second Lawful Girl (maybe the couples 2nd child/daughter)
It may not be anything like that but looks something along those lines as a thought
