John, messuage and garden in occupation of James Banks, and messuage in occupation of Nicholas Archer and Joseph Downell, both purchased of Susannah How, all in Epping Dates of Creation: 30 July 1751 (date of probate)].

as I am researching James Banks, when I saw you request for information on the Stace family.
