Do you think its possible to enhance this photo or is the quality too bad? All the old photos are turning up in my family recently.

The print size is showing as approx 3"X2". If the original is available, I would suggest getting a scan set at a minimum of 600dpi. I think that there may be a lot of recoverable detail.
