Is the writing clear? Could her birthplace be Baddow, Essex? Is she married or widowed?
Is her brother definitely Bibbey?

Place of birth for Sarah is Barrow in Furness, Lancs.  She is married.

Brother Laurence Bibbey - Widr. bn Brentwood, Essex
