Notes on Llanycil burial records

Whilst researching some burial records for Llanycil I see that some have what appears to be Ch Ch written in the margin, so does anyone know what these mean?

I think it refers to being buried in Christ Church, Bala ratner than St Beuno, Llanycil.
 
Bala was part of  the parish.

I did look at some of the entries and most of them were from Bala, so checked to see if it had a separate church then. My ancestors were there 100 years earlier

It means Christ Church, Bala.   The same Burial Register is used to record burials in the churchyard at Christ Church, Bala and at St. Beuno's Churchyard, Llanycil, Bala.
Christ Church, Bala was built about 1855, so obviously there was no churchyard actually in the town of Bala before then, the burials were all at St. Beuno's Churchyard, Llanycil, Bala.
