Indian Army Garrison?

Can anyone help me decipher this text - I believe it to be the name of an army garrison in India.  This originated from muster rolls and listed as reason for the soldier being absent.

Griffiths Llandogo, Mitcheltroy, Mon. and Whitchurch Here (Also Edwards),  18th C., Griffiths FoD 19th Century.

A bit more for you Sallysmum, only 10 year after Waterloo and our tentacles were spreading over the Globe. This was the famous North West Frontier, soon to confront Russia via Afghanistan. On the other side of India, we overran Nepal which gave us the Gurka's, a splendid fighting force in the British Army today, the only enemy the Japanese in WWII were frightened of.
