pub landlords

Hi Everybody
this one is about the Coopers Arms in  Woore,according to FindMyPast 1939 register a Clara Dykes b.1895 was the landlord of the pub,but she was a widow and I cannot find any info regarding her husband or where she came from.There was a Clara Dykes b.1922 again no info.
If you can cast some light on this I would be grateful.

If Clara the younger was her daughter then her birth registration (Free BMD index) should give a mothers maiden name so you can look for a marriage of her parents.

Clara the mother should be on a census if we can find her maiden name which will lead to a birth place for her.

Clara Asten 24 no father named but one of the witnesses is William Asten

Gleaning info from census William I believe was her grandfather.

Clara born Pendleton.  No mothers maiden name on birth registration.
