Hi,
Can anyone please give me any information on the above person?
The only information I have is that she died on 18 August 1838
She lived at 14 Waverly Terrace in Bradford West Yorkshire

Do you mean 1938 rather than 1838?  If so she was aged 41 at death, per FreeBMD.

What was her middle name - you have it as “Made” but was it in fact Maud/Maude?

definitely 1938 and definitely Maude in burial register.

Gertrude Maude Mitchell of 14 Waverly Terrace was buried 22 August 1938 at Bradford St Andrew aged 41 years.

Getting lots of hints on Ancestry that her maiden surname was BLEWITT and was born in Durham c1897 daughter of Thomas Blewitt and Elizabeth Elenora Young

There is a marriage registration - December quarter 1919, Darlington - William Mitchell and Gertrude Blewitt.   (FreeBMD)

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
