Hi,  have you tried writing to the Coronial Services Unit, Private Bay 39819, Wellington Mail Centre, Lower Hutt 5045, NZ?  I sent copies of certificates to prove it was my family and it took 6 weeks for my request to arrive...that was 8 years ago.

OOP's  Sorry Neil and Spades, this post I previously just flicked over thinking it was the Wellington Archive find.  Have now added it to my to do list for my next Auckland archives visit.

Details of will and probate privately forwarded to Tshed. Rather basic with little, if any, additional details, I'm afraid.

PS; I'm assuming R23719125 Coroner's Inquest; copies held at NZ Archives Wellington and we are advised online familysearch.org.uk  PLUS R16624577 a probate held at NZ Archives Auckland are the only files requested.

If further Auckland look-ups are wanted pleae advise, and I will see what I can do the next Friday afternoon when I am passing that way.

Hi Spades.

The Auckland branch archive is in the Airport industrial area. Easily found and reached, with plenty of FREE parking. I can have up to five items pre-ordered, and awaiting upon my arrival. And if not delayed by traffic congestion, can order more to view as previously viewed items are returned, so no big deal, adding additional requests to those required for my own research projects.

No big deal.
