I am looking for birth marriage and death details of james joseph mackie he was born 1897 place ? His last known address

West Kensington he married my great auntie emma haram bigamously they had a daughter who is my cousin and she knows her fathers legal marriage produced a daughter and my cousin is desperate to find her who would be in her late 70’s now if shes still around byt if not there may be family . West kensington marriage was 1943?

Theres no obvious england/ wales birth reg in that time frame of 1897ish.
What parental info was on the marriage certificate?

1914 record  (he was deemed unlikely to become an efficient soldier and discharged)
Attestation at Durham
He was 18 years and 30 days on 29th August 1914  so born 30th or 31st July 1896?

Next of Kin  sister Mary Jane,  address unknown, Middlesborough
           Brother  Thomas, 99 Cleveland Street, Middlesborough

Both of these death entries are for plain James not James Joseph.
