Margaret Leitch McCandless - Broughshane, Antrim

Hi,

I was wondering if any member could help in my research into Margaret Leitch (Leech) McCandless?

She Married William James Kilpatrick at Broughshane 2nd Presbyterian Church on the 26th June 1903. Her address is listed as Broughshane and her fathers name looks like it's John McCandless. Age is 'Full' but on the 1911 Census she is 28 so birth year is roughly 1883.

I can't find her on the 1901 Census. Plus I can't find a birth record either. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Where are they in 1911, I can see a birth of a daughter Margaret but I can't find them in 1911.

In 1911 they are living at # 8 Dreen. William and indeed a lot of his family seem to switch between Kilpatrick/Kirkpatrick.

In the UK perhaps, he could be anywhere, commercial traveler, a hotel maybe or on one of the many missing bits.
