There *is* a redacted line above her but as he died in 1961, surely this can’t be him or it would be un-redacted.
In this case the year he died has nothing to do with being redacted as he was born well over 100 years ago. If that is him then it is just a mistake and you can report an error without a death cert. However I noticed awhile ago that FindMyPast have removed all the reporting links so they may not be able to do anything at the moment until they are back to working at full capacity.Debra
