Do we assume that the death #5828 for Alice is not the correct one or has the incorrect father?

I think I found Elias birth location on the 1851 and 1861 Welsh Census but I'm not able to find it now, It said he was born in Monmouthshire, if true then there must be some passenger list record of him travelling to Australia (probably SA as he was married there, but Hannah would have only been about 12 so maybe this isn't correct)

It's the correct Alice, as I read her death notice in the Age, which mentions her children. So, I'd go with wrong father's name given that the informant didn't know her mother's name.
