Does anyone have access to the Cheshire Parish Registers. I am looking for information on Ann Worthington, who died at St. Thomas Court, Stockport, Cheshire, on May 16, 1869, age 68. Thanks

Thank you very much for the replies. The Ann that I am interested in was married to Richard Worthington, who died in 1855. The family in 1851 lived at Smithy Fold in Hyde, included: Richard (West Houghton), Ann (blind), (Leigh, Lancashire), children: Nancy 19, Hannah 16, and Maria A (14). Maria's middle name was Anne born 1838 (Cheshire BMD). I have been trying to find Ann (Cooper) Worthington's death and thought the one living, at St. Thomas Court, was her. But don't think it is, unless Richard was listed, as her husband, in the Cheshire Parish Registers. I do not believe the Ann, that I am searching, had a daughter, Alice.

Maria Ann's mother's maiden name being Cooper - GRO index - and 1851 census birth place Leigh.
