A transcription gives:  Martha Shillitoe, baptised 20th October 1778, daughter of James.

Another transcription gives daughter of Jane; possibly difficult to decipher.   :-\

Martha, daughter of Jan/m Shillitoe, daughter of Wm Shillitoe of Castleford  - born 18, baptised 20 October 1778.
